Description:

We are seeking a friendly and attentive waiter/waitress to enhance our guests’ dining experience. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable meal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and seat customers, provide menus, and explain daily specials.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Customer Interaction: Check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction with their meals and service.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns effectively and professionally.
• Payment Handling: Prepare and process customer bills accurately.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and dining area.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
