Job Position – Technical Team Leader

Company Name – K4 Group

To manage and oversee our drafting team, specializing in CAD Drafting and Revit Modeling for high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in UAE authority submissions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervised a team ofCAD Drafters and Revit Modelers, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
  • Develop and reviewdetailed CAD drawings and Revit models for fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate withdesigners, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure all drawings comply withUAE authority submission standards (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, DEWA, etc.).
  • Conductquality control checks on drawings before submission.
  • Provide guidance and training to enhance team efficiency and technical skills.
  • Stay updated on the latest drafting and modeling technologies and UAE regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years of UAE experience in CAD Drafting and Revit Modeling for fit-out projects.
  • Expertise inAutoCAD and Revit, with strong technical detailing skills.
  • Familiarity withUAE authority submission processes.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
