We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills..
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities within the Dubai real estate market.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values and set competitive prices.
- List properties on various real estate platforms and use innovative marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Facilitate property viewings and open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure terms are met to the satisfaction of both parties.
- Close transactions efficiently and handle all necessary documentation.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including developers, brokers, and potential clients.
- Attend real estate events, exhibitions, and seminars to expand professional knowledge and network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
