Our Senior Manager Demand Generation, will lead strategic campaign development for our Enterprise Strategic Accounts across the full product suite. You will partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify demand opportunities, architect compelling multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns, craft compelling messaging, and drive the execution and optimization of the campaigns in-market.
You will:
- Lead the end-to-end ideation, development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events, and PR) to build awareness and consideration among prospects and to deepen solution engagement with customers
- Lead the development of lead nurture campaigns to extend engagement with qualified leads/ opportunities that are not ready to buy
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales to identify and prioritize demand opportunities and structure compelling multi-touch campaigns and supporting messaging
- Lead Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative and external agencies to build campaign assets and bring campaigns to market.
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless lead handoffs from marketing to sales
- In partnership with Marketing Operations, monitor, track and report on campaign performance using relevant B2B Enterprise account KPIs focused on key account penetration and engagement
You have:
- 5 plus years of experience in B2B demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) focused on tech and data categories
- Track record building campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1: many) to engage global enterprise accounts with multi-functional buying groups, across the buyer consideration journey
- Robust experience bringing campaigns to life by utilizing the optimal mix of channels and touchpoints including paid media, organic social media, email, content syndication, owned site, PR, and more
- Experience working directly with Sales to build integrated Sales motions that extending marketing experience through SDR and AEs
- Strong project management and a demonstrated ability to coordinate roles and functions to deliver results on time
- Experience (and bias towards) applying campaign performance metrics to communicate, explain and optimize demand campaigns.
