Job Description

Zali, a thriving Lebanese restaurant, is in search of a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold the exceptional dining experience our guests expect. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall success of Zali.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Zali, managing the front-of-house and ensuring a seamless and welcoming dining experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and customer-focused atmosphere.
• Monitor and maintain high service standards, addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special events to optimize table turnover and revenue.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and staff.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and execute promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and strategies to enhance Zali’s brand presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant, preferably with expertise in Lebanese cuisine.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team and interact with guests.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Proficient in restaurant POS systems and reservation management tools.
• Knowledge of Lebanese culture and cuisine is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze financial reports, control costs, and contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant.
