About the Company:

Libera consultants specialist oil & gas Talent partner across The middle east region are currently looking for a dedicated and talented recruitment specialist to join their expanding team.

About the Role:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance. Maintain and leverage a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment supporting Drilling, Oilfield services, EPC and Maritime contractors or IOC and NOC.
• Middle east exp. is preferred but not prerequisite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
