Develop and oversee project plans, defining scope, schedule, budget, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs. Monitor progress, address issues or risks, conduct site surveys for feasibility, and support presales with the sales team.

Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure clear roles and responsibilities. Promote a collaborative work environment with effective communication among engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.

Provide expertise in ELV and ICT systems, including design, installation, and commissioning. Review and approve technical documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Monitor project budgets and control costs, manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials, and implement cost-saving measures.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and performance.

Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and financial summaries. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, including contracts and correspondence. 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT, Project Management, or related field. Over 10-12 years in project management with ELV and ICT systems. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Expertise in ELV/ICT systems, presales experience, and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD). Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
