Create and implement learning strategies and programs and make the necessary adjustments to improve the work procedures of the learning and development section.
Develop and define training programs to improve employee’s skills, knowledge and performance within the organisation.
Consult with managers and employees to understand specific training needs.
Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs within the organisation.
Design and develop programs and training materials that suit the organisation’s needs.
Review the annual training and development plan and time frame and approve and monitor implementation.
Design training programs and curricula that are compatible with organisational goals.
Develop educational materials, including e-learning modules, workshops and guides.
