About The Job
Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Level 1 IT Technician to handle help desk intakes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Apple products (iPhones and Macs), and should be familiar with using Windows devices. However, training will be provided. The main responsibility of the technician is to provide technical support to users through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Handle password resets for various platforms and websites
- Troubleshoot product-specific issues for users
- Assist users with email queries
- Assist users with internet or network related problems
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Degree in Information Technology or similar field of study
- 1-2 years of IT support experience
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Apple products, and Slack
- Experience with Asana, 1Password, 15Five, Bonusly, Fleetio is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Able to adapt to new technologies and systems
