Job Description

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

•  Communicate and coordinate with the complainant and drivers to collect information on complaints, reports and requests
•  Following up and closing complaints, communications, requests and suggestions, and responding to them in
  accordance with the policies in force in the Authority.
•  Coordinating with the concerned authorities regarding incoming criminal communications.
•  Checking the investigation records and taking the necessary measures.
•  Investigate and decide on complaints and reports received by all public transport drivers.
•  Using technical systems to verify data on complaints, requests and communications.
• Collecting the necessary information to support decision-making by senior management during implementation.
•  Issuing fines against drivers who violate or violate the regulations and legislation issued.
•  Contribute to the follow-up of the implementation of plans, policies, indicators, and department operations.
•  Preparing reports on investigations and testimonies.
•  Perform other tasks and responsibilities related to the job and according to what is assigned to him
•  Assists in identifying the gaps in KPIs from targets, suggests corrective actions and areas of improvements
  during the consultation with the Section Managers and feeds them in the corporate KPI’s electronic monitoring system (ADAA).

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma with 5 years of work experience in the field or a diploma with 2 years of work experience in the field.
