Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for company personnel recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes;
- Manage employee records and maintain the human resources information system;
- Organize and implement employee training, performance evaluations, and employee relations management;
- Assist in developing and improving the company’s human resources management policies and procedures;
- Handle employee labor contracts, social security, and other related matters;
- Responsible for company culture building and organizing various company activities;
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- College degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Administrative Management, or related fields;
- Extensive experience in recruiting through Indeed and LinkedIn, preferably with personal Indeed and LinkedIn accounts;
- Over one year of experience in human resources preferred;
- Currently residing in Dubai;
- Familiar with national labor laws and regulations, and possess human resources management knowledge;
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit;
- Proficient in office software and basic network knowledge.
