About the Role:

The Hardware Engineer will facilitate the availability of Business System’s Technical infrastructure to internal customers. Will be implementing and supporting IT Infrastructure in accordance with the needs of the business. Will ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT assets by implementing security as per Information Security Management System (ISMS) of Almarai.

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Computer Science
• 1-2 years of experience in IT hardware support and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, systems, and peripherals
• MS Office Automation knowledge.
• LAN & WAN Concepts. Other operating system like Linux, HP UX, Tru64, AIX, SUN Solaris etc. MS Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity and work exposure with all 7 levels of the OSI Model.
• Technologically aware, assertive, inquiring, Customer focused,
• Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills, team leadership.
