Role Description
As an Executive Assistant at Hirebird, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our fast-paced team.
Here are the key responsibilities:
- Calendar Management:
You’ll handle executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely communication.
- Travel Coordination:
Arrange travel arrangements for executives.
- Communication Hub:
Facilitate communication between executives, team members, and external partners.
- Project Assistance:
Assist with project management tasks and conduct research.
- Meeting Preparation:
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure materials are ready.
- Administrative Tasks:
Process expense reports and maintain office supplies.
- Reporting:
Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
