About You
You have at least 5 years of direct experience in a senior administrative support position, providing direct support to one or more high-level executives. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing complex tasks with precision.
You prefer the flexibility of an independent contractor role over a full-time W-2 position, allowing you to choose your own workload to suit your lifestyle. Working remotely is your preference, and you take great pride in your work, delivering exceptional executive support.

Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a senior administrative support position where you provided direct support to one or more high-level executives. (general admin experience will not qualify)
- Extensive experience with executive level calendar management, travel coordination, email management, and ability to create systems and processes
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of emotional intelligence
