The Role:

The hourly rate depends on experience: $20 – $35 an hour. We’re seeking a Customer Support Generalist who can grow with our team! This will start as a contract position at approximately 20 hours per week. The current role is at the core, answering support tickets (chat/email) that come in via Intercom, monitoring our other touchpoints, and looping in tickets as needed (LinkedIn/Slack community/Social media).
