- Consistently perform on-site duties at a high service level while adhering to Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment’s policies and procedures.
- Deliver excellent guest service by following Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment’s service steps to maintain a consistently high standard.
- Comply with Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment’s cash handling policies to ensure accurate transactions, providing correct change and minimizing discrepancies during shifts.
- Use suggestive selling and upselling techniques in all cinema areas to maximize each transaction.
- Adhere to Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment’s health and safety management program to ensure a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and yourself.
- Offer assistance to team members when needed, regardless of the department assigned on the roster.
- Follow food hygiene policies to ensure all food and beverages served to guests are safe and free from contamination.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as scheduled.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent service orientation.
- Minimum of a High School Certificate required.
