About This Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our fast growing business teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A Day In The Life:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and act as a business partner/strategic advisor
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
- Be responsible for sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline
- Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
- Work with hiring managers to develop an intake form and interview process
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
- 4+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience
- Sourcing and recruiting expertise
- Previous startup experience and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Salary negotiation skills to include equity compensation
- Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
- A track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (4 hires or more per month)
- Extensive knowledge of passive sourcing to include social media/LinkedIn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to utilize recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions
- analysis, salary trend analysis, and pipeline and relationship management
- Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system
- The ability to travel
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of experience
