Client Relationship Associate (REMOTE)

As a Client Relationship Associate, you will report to the Manager of the Account Management team and will be a critical part of our client consulting teams.

 What You’ll Do

Account Management:

• develop the agenda and consultative strategy for client strategy consult meetings
• shadow account managers on consult calls
• conduct consult calls for rater8 clients
• demo and encourage adoption of new features with clients
• build rapport with clients and build their confidence in our services and your recommendations
• provide an outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident demeanor to help convert in-trial prospects to paying clients

Sales and Client Support:

• personally manage, complete, and/or delegate support inquiries
• create clear and compelling client communications
• create clear and detailed internal notes when delegating support tickets

What You Bring:

• An excellent communicator – you are a great writer and comfortable speaking with all levels of employees and clients – friendliness and strong listening skills are a must!
• Ability to express technical concepts in layman terms on the fly is preferred
• Able to think on your feet and be a confident problem solver
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Naturally inquisitive
• Interested in cool software and able to easily learn new technology
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets
• Must have consistent access to reliable internet or WiFi
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – past consulting, education or support experience is a plus
