About This Job
Reporting to the VP of Commercial Finance & Operations at iCrossing US, this role will manage the financial aspects of projects, ensuring completion within budget and adherence to financial best practices. The individual will be responsible for weekly reporting and forecasting of US project revenue. A key factor for success will be optimizing the allocation and utilization of company resources. A solution-oriented approach is required to develop actionable and achievable plans across all commercial metrics. The ideal candidate should be a trusted source of commercial finance information and capable of effectively communicating and educating company employees.
What You’ll Do
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Prepare a weekly revenue pipeline report and analysis for company leadership by ensuring the CRM (HubSpot) system is up to date, in collaboration with the client solutions and new business teams
- Develop financial models to support data driven decision-making.
Revenue, cash and cost management:
- Support the FP&A Director during the monthly close with revenue recognition and contract compliance within our contract management system
- Monitor and manage revenue streams, ensuring accurate billing and timely collections to improve cash flow
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Commercial support:
- Prepare, analyze, and communicate monthly commercial financial metrics with Client Solutions leads, including revenue, contribution margin, project burn, and resource utilization
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to the Client and Delivery Solutions teams, leveraging financial expertise to drive
- Support Delivery Solution teams with pricing analysis highlighting opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
Ad-hoc
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing financial processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Able to develop financial plans by collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Manage specific monthly/quarterly/ad hoc client and corporate reporting requirements.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree required, in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years finance experience, on the commercial finance / client finance side of the business.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with financial and CRM software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Great presentation and delivery skills. Must be very comfortable in meeting and conference call situations.
- Proactive, assertive, forward thinking, and solution oriented.
- Able to perform well in fast changing environments.
- Able to navigate through complex financial situations to maximize results with strong analytical skills.
