Job Purpose
The role of the Business Analyst is to Prepare BRD’s, perform / Support UAT testing pertaining to CIBG Ops transformation projects related to online banking and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely sign off. Set up and maintain channel / cash management onboarding and maintenance requests of customers. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviors.
Key Result Areas
- Single Point of Contact for CIBG Ops transformation projects related to online banking on-boarding and maintenance perspective.
- Preparation of BRD’s.
- Initial review of FSD’s and approach notes with vendor and tech team.
- Draft and validate onboarding related UAT test scenarios and test cases for OBDX, OBP pricing, DigiTb, OBTF & any other initiatives related to online banking transformation.
- Log and maintain the defects in Azure and track it till closure.
- Retesting and explaining the defect and fixes with tech and vendor team.
- Attend Defect Triage meeting with technology and vendor.
- Coordinate with Project Management team for UAT signoff and testing cycle completion.
- Validating the mock migration data in UAT and provide signoff for production roll out.
- Attend and resolve customer complaints / issues received via command center post GO LIVE.
- Conduct refresher training to MGN team members in new application and to manage production queries.
- Handle customer implementation for cash and cheque products by coordinating with various stake holders – GTB Sales, Ops and Vendor
- Support GTB RM for existing customer services and address their queries.
- Managing client service-related issues post service activation.
- Coordinating with technology team for production issues incidents and arranging fix/solution with vendor.
- Managing customer implementation for Mashreq Matrix for cash and trade product service. Handling 100% E2E onboarding for Egypt team for Matrix onboarding.
- Matrix agreement / documents validation and discrepancy handling with customer and GTB/Account RM.
- Validate pricing proposal against SOC and handle exception in line with ADM.
- Customer onboarding for Cash, Virtual Accounts, and trade products in Matrix application.
- Perform Customer and user entitlements and workflow rules as per request and in line with customer’s financial mandate.
- Production system enhancements and testing for Online Banking onboarding team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Knowledge of various cash management products including online banking products / processes.
- Experience of 5 – 6 years in a reputed Bank in cash management operations.
- Worked on system enhancement (UAT’s) / new system implementation.
- Computer literate – knowledge on banking application.
