About The Job
McJ is looking for a charismatic and strategic brand supervisor to help lead a significant agency account. Hint, hint: It helps if you’re a fan of a beloved restaurant with orange and white stripes that serves up hot and fresh food 24/7. Seeking someone who has an eye for detail and who brings a track record of managing traffic and video productions.
Succeeding in this role requires sharp strategic and creative instincts, as well as keen business savvy with the ability to collaborate with client and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive workflow across multiple teams, projects, partner agencies and clients, enabling productive collaboration
- Spot roadblocks and proactively bring solutions that solve challenges and business problems
- Collaborate closely with project manager(s) to ensure projects are on schedule, stay within scope and meet the agency’s quality standards
- Contribute across agency disciplines and hold other groups accountable to do their best work
- Build
meaningful relationships with key clients
- Effectively and confidently balance the dual expectations and business goals of the client and agency
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience at an innovative agency preferred, and national brand experience a bonus
- Competence in strategy, media (paid, owned, earned), creative development, large- and small-scale production and finance
- Creative problem-solving orientation and an unflappable sense of possibility
- Strong creative intuition and great relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients
- Adeptness in developing persuasive points of view with appropriate tact and skillful communication
- Curiosity and willingness to stay current on industry news and trends
- Direct approach to hard conversations valuing straightforwardness, as well as strong listening and empathy skills that build trust
