Job Purpose

To participate in the formulation, implementation, and maintenance of the Group compensation and benefits programmes across Corporate and Business Units (BUs). Provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits advisory service to Group and Business Units, covering all aspects of the Reward lifecycle.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

Annual Reviews

  • Facilitate the scheduling and support of the group-wide annual salary review and bonus process, including the rollout of compensation and benefits programs and other ad hoc initiatives.
  • Administer the annual salary review process, including analysis, worksheet creation, and employee letter preparation, ensuring accuracy for payroll processing.

Reward Benchmarking and Data Analysis

  • Participate in the periodic review and enhancement of the grading and compensation structure, aligning with leading practices to maintain competitiveness.
  • Regularly review reward data and benefits provision, highlighting potential challenges related to internal equity and external competitiveness.

Job Evaluation

  • Conduct job evaluations for roles across the group using the Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology, ensuring alignment with titling conventions and internal equity.

Benefits Management

  • Participate in the formulation, communication, and rollout of benefit programs, including ongoing benefits administration.
  • Manage employee discount program, evaluate external third-party propositions, and identify potential vendors to enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

System & Data Maintenance

  • Maintain reward data integrity, including positions/job creation on Intranet and SharePoint.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Oracle HCM – C&B module quarterly updates.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline – MBA with an HR qualification, CIPD or GRP preferred
  • At least 4 years of Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM and the Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
