Summary:
The Baker is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of high-quality baked goods, ensuring excellent taste and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and measure accurately.
- Mix, knead, and shape dough for bread, rolls, pastries, etc.
- Bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes and instructions.
- Decorate and present baked goods for display.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering.
Qualifications:
- Previous baking experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
