Responsibilities
- Contact SugarCRM’s customers to engage and grow existing accounts
- Drive and close add-on product sales, upsells and cross-sells to existing customers
- Prospect, develop, and close prospects for SugarCRM’s suite of products and service packages
- Provide post-sales account management to ensure successful adoption and usage
- Coordinate and work with extended team members
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Support teams to support customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of on-quota, B2B sales experience
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- On demand/SaaS experience a plus
- Ability to understand CRM technology and successfully communicate it to our customers
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in highly competitive markets
- Self-starter and ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
