Barista Job Description

As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience to our guests, taking and serving orders, and ensuring that brand service standards are consistently upheld. Specifically, your duties will include:

– Receiving and fulfilling customer orders promptly and accurately.
– Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
– Taking food orders and assisting the floor team with deliveries when needed.
– Having a thorough understanding of the menu, including any updates or promotional offers.
– Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area.
– Managing customer payments efficiently and ensuring proper account settlement.
– Responding to guest inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

As a Barista serving Hilton brands, you will work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate the following attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values:

– Previous experience in a cocktail bar setting
– Proficiency in creating classic cocktails
– Flexibility to work rostered shifts, particularly on weekends
– Outstanding personal presentation and communication skills
– Ability to adapt quickly and positively to various work situations
– A genuine passion for delivering high levels of guest service
