The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in IT within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort setting. Experience in managing fast-paced operations and interacting with a high-profile, diverse clientele is essential. The role requires a courteous, self-reliant individual who can work discreetly and handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality. You should be proactive, “switched on,” and possess an outgoing, charismatic, and approachable personality. Strong spoken and written English skills are a must. The ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team, while maintaining a commitment to quality, is essential. The position also demands the following core competencies:

Responsibilities

• – Experience with Property Management Systems, preferably OPERA
  – Proficient in desktop management and troubleshooting
  – Skilled in printer management and troubleshooting
  – Experience with Point of Sale systems, ideally Micros Symphony
  – Basic networking and troubleshooting expertise
  – Knowledge of Active Directory services, DNS, and DHCP
