You will manage the integration of electrical systems into construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards. You’ll supervise on-site activities, enforce quality, collaborate with the design team, handle client interactions, manage budgets, and maintain documentation, all while upholding high safety and quality standards.

• Project Leadership: Lead the electrical engineering aspects of on-site construction, ensuring seamless integration with overall project plans.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise on-site electrical installations, testing, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to design specifications and regulations.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to review and align electrical plans with on-site construction requirements.
• Team Management: Lead and guide the on-site electrical engineering team, resolving technical issues and promoting teamwork.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Client Interaction: Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any electrical engineering concerns.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site electrical issues, ensuring project timelines are maintained.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety standards on-site, ensuring all electrical activities meet regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate on-site records of electrical engineering activities, including progress reports and technical documents.
• Must have at least 8 years of solid local experience.
• Strong knowledge of local codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
